The Figureheads of Dayton is a reimagination of the 45-year musical collaboration between Jim Dwyer, Joe Tuss and Dick Roll. Over those 45 years, they have been the core members of the Slugs, the Riverdale Rats and the Jaywalkers. They are joined in the Figureheads of Dayton by longtime friend and drummer Doug Buchanan and the Umbrella Men, Dan Tuss on guitar and David Tuss on violin. Their music is rooted in the traditions of American folk, rock and blues, with lyrics offering observations on life, love and the human condition.
